I thought you guys might enjoy some festive drinks this week end. Enjoy!
Halloween Margarita
1 part tequila, 1¼ parts Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice, 3 parts Fresh sour (1 part each lemon & lime juice, 2 parts simple syrup)
Salt rim. Combine ingredients in shaker w/ ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glass w/ ice. Garnish and serve.
For a larger group, here's a Halloween punch recipe, Goblin Punch.
Goblin Punch
2 small scoops Lime Sherbet, ¾ part Absolut Vodka, ¾ part Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice, 4 parts lemon-lime soda
Pour ingredients as listed and serve. Multiply recipe in ratio to fill a large
Punch bowl.
Black Widow
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Dark Grape Juice
1 teaspoon of raw sugar
4 slices of fresh ginger
4 blackberries
2 blackberries to garnish
In a mixing glass, muddle together blackberries, ginger and sugar, add Vodka and dark grape juice.
Fill with ice, shake well, and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with 2 blackberries. The toy plastic spiders are fun to garnish the outer rim of the glass as well.
