I'm not to sure if my dog has humped my other male dog both of them are off there dinner would this cause a problem

Katie, are you saying because they don't seem to want to eat that you suspect one dog humped the other? Or, did you actually see the behavior occurring?

I have never heard of a dog not wanting to eat as a result of another dog humping him for a few minutes. But, I guess anything is possible.

Just as an FYI, keep in mind dogs, both male and female, "hump" to assert their dominance over others in the household.

If your dogs continue to be off their food for more than a day or two, you might want to bring them in for a vet check. If you think it is only due to behavioral issues, why don't you give us a little more background on what exactly is going on in your household. Has anything changed recently?
