Children's movie from 80's early 90's.. I do not believe it is a Disney movie, or even an American moive..? I am not sure exactly when this movie was made. Actually, I am not even sure it was that popular. All I can remember was a bunch of 'dolls that came to life'. One character that keeps re-playing in my head was a female, fancy dressed doll (possibly wearing a white dress with a bonnet- or something along those lines) with, I think was a British accent. I want to say that the movies fell along the lines of a "Little Nemo" movie and "Toy Story" but not necessarily in that time frame-if that helps at all. Thank you all for your help. :)

It is not indian in the cupboard or the borrowers, not as computer animated... must be from the 80's and very eary 90's...
The doll I spoke of before's name was, I believe, Babbette. Or she said that name a lot in the movie. PLEASE HELP!!
