    Three boxes are connected in a sequence and accelerated in the positive x-direction as shown in the figure. Compare the magnitudes of the tension in the lines.

    T1 > T2 > T3

    Two blocks on a horizontal frictionless plane are acted on by an external force FEXT as shown. The mass of the right block is bigger than the mass of the left block. How does the magnitude of the total force acting on the right block FR compare to the magnitude of the total force acting on the left block FL and the magnitude of the external applied force FEXT ?
