I am doing my CPT but I am working as an independent contractor. The people that hired me have really no clue about this and they wanted me to fill the w9 form. I said that I can't but they don't know what to make me fill. I have a social security number but I am not a permanent resident and I don't want to break the law... Can anybody tell me which form do I have to fill? Thank you!
