    Bathtub leaks
In my hallway bathroom if someone takes a shower the water leaks under the carpet of the hallway should I replace just the faucet or do I have a leak somewhere else.

Hi Bridgette and Mac... welcome to AMHD... :)

    Need more info... OK?

Is this a shower only or a tub/shower unit?

Is this a single handle valve or are there multiple handles?

About how old is the shower and the shower valve?

Is this a tiled shower or a one, two, or three-piece shower unit?

    Let me know...

    Mark

Mark has asked all the right questions so please answer as best you can. If thios is a shower only, no tube, open the escutcheon plate and look inside with a flashlight to see if you have water running down from the shower arm or mixing valve. It could be a drain issue or pan but we need to hear more from you, pics are always good.
