It wasn't there before. I justt recentky broke my colar bone so I use my left hand now to masturbate so it took a long tine and I never could *** because its not the same as my right hand

Don't do anything for now.

If it still hurts and has a bump there in a couple of days, then I think it's time to confess to Dad, and have him call your family Doctor.

It's sounds as if the skin is irritated from you doing it hard and most likely it was dry to begin with.
