If it is having accidents while sleeping, you should bring it to the vet to ensure it doesn't have a bladder infection. Otherwise, it may be becoming incontinent.

    How old? Female? Spayed?

She will be 1yrs old on November 4th! And yes she has been Spayed! She is drinking a ton of water and whines a lot! I'm worried!

    Take her in the morning.
Spayed female dogs tend to have a higher instance of incontinence, but she seems young. The drinking more water makes me think there is something else going on.

There are several forms of incontinence, the most common being spay incontinence.
Usually with spay incontinence there will be a constant dribbling of urine, although it can just be when they are sleeping and the bladder muscles are relaxed.
Treatment usually involves tablets or liquid containing hormones.

The other form is mostly hereditary and causes the muscles to not stay contracted while sleeping, symptoms are similar to spay incontinence but treatment is different, instead or hormones, a different drug is given to help tighten the muscles.
