I am in China and I feel like my dental care is slowly deteriorating. I am American and my Chinese is far from perfect, so I always have trouble selected the right brand of toothpaste. Also, from what I understand, China does not put fluoride in the drinking water, and I probably not getting it from the brand water that I regularly use. If any has advice about good brands to use(for bottled water, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.) while living in China, I would greatly appreciate it.

Honestly, I would recommend a toothpaste that is made in the USA. Can you ask family to send you a care package with toothpaste and fluoride drops?
