I pay child support but I don't see my child there mother now say she is taking me to court can she still file abandonment on me ?

No, she can not force you to see, visit or call the kids. It is not against the law. She may use this to try and take away your rghts to visit, showning your lack of visit to take away your number of days or even rights to visit.

Now if you are way behind in the support, she can go to court for that.
