I have a painting that is signed Phillips 48. The name of the painting is called Boats on the Rhine. I also have one by the same artist called Library on the ? I cannot read the full name on the back. It is also signed Phillips Paris 47. Could you please tell me anything about the history or the paintings themselves. They are both very old.
