I am 23 and on Sept. 24 I was sexually active and took the morning after pill 2 days later. On Oct. 17th I started my period or at least what I thought was my period and it ended on Oct. 21. That following Monday I noticed my boobs start to hurt so that's Wed. I took a pregnancy test that came back positive. I am really confused and to make matters worse I have been bleeding since the day after I took the test... At first on and off then very steady over this past weekend... Mild cramping.. What could be going on.

If you read the test in the time stated on the directions, and not afterwards, you are likely pregnant. There is the possibility that you were pregnant and a miscarriage is underway.

Certainly it would be wise to see your doctor to confirm the test results. If you are pregnant, you would obviously want to know that. If it were a miscarriage, there would not be anything you could do at this stage, but of course you would want to be aware of that as well.
