    Drugs/ Molestation/ Custody
I know a family where the mother has custody of her 9 year old daughter. But she is taking prescription pills to get high everyday and has taken the daughter and run away. She has had warrants few her arrest within the past year and has even been in jail in the past. The father wants custody and he has a full time job and has been a great father to her. But his job requires him to travel, so he requires a lot of help from family members. He lives with his brother and his brothers 14 year old son. Recently, the daughter has told the mother that the 14 year old molested her several times, and the mother plans to take this to court.
If this goes to court, would the fathers chances of custody be ruined?

A molestation charge is pretty bad and has to be proven and yes it will probably ruin the father's chances unless he can make other arrangements.

What if he moved out and got his own place?
