I have a paper due tomorrow and I am struggling with making a thesis... I am doing my paper on observing my boss and its an insurance man and talking about his attitude with customers and employees change throughout the day. This paper I am suppose to anaylsis a situation about what I observed. So I want to let people know that all bosses are not the same and attitude is a big factor!!
