He went to court on it but it was dismissed cause his friend took the charge this happened in July his friend recently missed a court date and my boyfriend po called and said that he has to go back to court and that she had to send his violation papers off... do this mean he will go to jail or they will violate him? He only has a yr left on papers!

This means
1. the PO is merely messing with him to get him worried
2. the papers will make him to to a hearing with the judge to decide if they will violate his PO for he charges.
