Penetration just feels uncomfortable as I feel too tight, how do I ease this feeling?
Im a 24 yr old female and haven't been in a serious relationship - just because I haven't met the right person. I have just dated and seen guys for maybe a few months then realised they are not for me. However because I haven't had regular sex and have only had sex maybe 4/5 times I feel still feel really quite tight and sex is just uncomfortable not pleasurable. Is there anything I can do to ease this tightness myself? Just I feel if I meet someone I really like and feel comfortable having sex I want it to feel good and not have to feel so tight and a bit sore.

I believe that the problem that you are having are really only fixable through "practice" not that you should go and find it. But when you find the right person, ask him to be gentle with you, and those things should start becoming second nature to you. As to worrying whether to enjoy sex because of the physical disturbance that you are having why don't you try concentrating a little more on what you are feeling emotionally instead of physically? At least until you feel comfortable with this particular issue. Plus, remember that tightness is what a guy likes, and the soreness is because you have not been using those body parts frequently, and soreness normally arrives in situations where you use different muscles that are not used to being used.

    Good Luck,
