Can she garnish my entire Pension?
I'm in the same situation. My wife moved during separation, got an attorney for a boyfriend, and I didn't even know my children's address. And now she is claiming I abandoned them. My calls were not answered, my emails were not answered, we had a simple separation agreement where she would inherit 100% of my pension if we stayed married, and I would pay no Child Support. Now she is claiming abandonment and wants 65% of my total income, which is more than my pension payment. I will lose my entire pension after 26 years in the Fire Dept. Can she garnish my entire Pension?
