I have a kia grand carnival ex 2006 and when I trun my car on it maks a grinding noise for a couple of seconds and then it stops?

... but it does start? That is usually the starter not disengaging from the flywheel.
Replace your starter and retest.

Sounds like low power steering fluid to me. (just enough low)

Hi there I have taken my car to the mechanic 2mths ago and he changed the starter and the noise is still there I even took it to kia car dealer and they don't same to know what the problem is they flashed out the old oil but didn't make a differences
