I am in a J-1 visa and my husband joined me later in a j-2 visa. After a few months I felt that bringing him here wasn't a wise thing. He made my life a hell. I can't study or do look after my work anymore. He doesn't violate the immigrations or border protection laws and my question now is... Is there anyway to cancel his VISA and force him to return back to our country. I can't look after my study anymore. What should I do?

So how is he doing this, do you want to stay married to him ? Why can't you study ?

J-2 visa can be revoked when he/she is no longer qualified... in plain word,
Your divorce is final, or J-1 status is terminated

I am havind certain marital issues with my hubby and he has cancelled my J2 visa on the grounds that I am depressed when I was in USA. Can I sue him?
