Is it possible to get your period after having a missed miscarriage over 2 weeks ago
Hi, I had a missed miscarriage. I was given 2 separate doses of misoprostol, each containing 4 pills that were vaginally inserted. One dose on 10/14, the other on 10/18. My doctor on 10/20 said everything looked good, and I was healthy. I then decided to chose to get on birth control and she told me start that on 11/03, but this morning(10/23) I started my period. It feels just like when I used to get my period before I became pregnant; leg cramps, cramps, etc. not once during my miscarriage did I have leg cramps, and my cramps I had with that are no where like the ones I get with my period. So my question is this; do I start my birth control now or do I wait for when the doctor said to start them? I know if I don't take them when I'm on my period, there's a chance they won't work.
