I removed the fuse under the hood so I can just manually unlock them and lock them.. What causes this? Can I fix it myself easily? Thanks for your imput=)

The power door lock control unit may be suffering an internal fault. Or moisture or water has gotten into the harness and is causing your problems.
I would start by looking for a replacement (used from a salvage yard) power door lock control module and see what happens.
