How can I retrive my internet history.I want to go back as far as possible

Which browser are you using? In Firefox you can click History >> Show in sidebar
And it will show all history after it was last cleared out.

In IE6 you can get a similar display through View >> Explorer Bar >> History

If you want to go back further than the last time someone cleared the history, you need some kind of undeleter to get the files back.
