Hi there
At christmas my mother used to make the most amazing celebration cake.
There was all kinds of fruit in it brown sugar and the one thing that made that christmas cake smell so good when it was cooking was brandy.
I have looked for the recepie for some years now but have had no luck.
Mum has been gone for over six years now and I would love to bring that christmas smell back into our lives.
Can anyone help me please.
