Wanting to know the name of a cartoon that used to come on early mornings. Two groups of characters used to fight against each other. The bad guys had these splotches all over them from some sort of contamination. One of the characters rode around in a giant wheel. I believe the song "DANGER ZONE" was the theme song? Anybody have an idea about the name?
