My employer is Danish, I am Asian, work in Denmark, but when he know that I have boyfriend then he try to break us and non stop to asking money from him to pay for my foods and ennegry, even in his contract with me, he have to pay all of that while I am stay in his house, he scare us that if not sen him money monthly then he will send me back to my country and break the contract as well, I work for him for long time but I didn't get any salary yet because he is my brother in law and now I know that I came here by family reason are illigal, but he asking my boyfriend money and scares me daily, is that illigal too? How can I protect myself when I came here by wrong reason? I can not come back to my country to start everything again without money but how can I ask him for salary now while he asking my boyfriend for money?? what I should do to protect myself?

Are a nanny for his children ? A homemaker, cook, etc. Is that the way you are working for him? There are strict laws in other countries regarding workers in your position. There must be certain laws in Denmark as well that protect your interests.

He's your sister's husband? Why isn't she helping you? Is she afraid of him? How did you arrive, on a tourist visa and stay, or to live with your sister, or a real work visa, or what? Are you making plans to leave with your boyfriend and not be found by him, or has he threatened you if you do that? Do you speak 3 languages now? You might be able to get another job and citizenship. Joypulv@ Yes, she didn't want to help me because both of them want me to be with a Danish man. Before I came here they know that I engaged with my boyfriend, but they still want to break us and believe that I will change my mind after I meet rich men. I didn't follow that so slowly they change their attitude and treats my bad, locked my home phone to stop me contact him, but after that, I told my fiancé to call me at the secret time , I don't understand why he follow us to do bad thing all the time, because after he check online and know that we still contact each other then he lock my fiance's number at the home phone ( this line is in my room), to make him call me by my mobile phone to cost his money a lot. Some days, at the right time which the time my fiancé can be online then I can not connect to the internet, but after that then the internet are available. So we still found a way to contact together. So, one day, he locked my wireless, I only know that when I try to login many time but the computer said that: Windows can't connect with ( his name) network. Well, I think my laptop using windows, and his program are Mac, so he locked my Windows program? One of his computer in living room still can connect with internet but he install parent control program so I can not sign in to any email program and all important website, only film and game are available. When I tell my mom about that then my mom asking my sister then she not believe that because she is not good in computer but she believe that her husband never do that.
When I asking for pocket money then they stop my work and don't let me go to work for them anymore

Can't you just leave ? Can you find a woman's shelter and go there to get sorted out ?
