    Are bumps behind your ear common?
    I have 2 bumps behind my left ear small sized, and a kind of bigger one, behind my left ear as well.

    The bigger one hurts a little when I touch it.
    The smaller ones don't.
    Could it be a swollen lymph node?

    Finally, should I go see my doctor?
    I'm 20, and female if that helps

    Lump behind ear.

    I have small bump also behind my left ear.

    You probably should go to the doctor.
