Here the problem...

I washed a load of clothes changed the loads and now its its is in the control lock . I had what it said... to hold the press&hold button for 3 second to lock or unlock that does not work. I also tried to unplug it and plug it back in. Any help!! :eek:

Wish I could but electronics today keep me confused, better read your owner's manual.

When the delived it it did not have an owers manual...

That's why I'm asking this question...

If it new call the retailer who sold it you but in the meantime, try Sears.com, click on parts , the owner's manual is considered a part or call if you have time, 800-366-PART. If you call parts they will want to charge you.
