Hi,
I want to get rid of the toilet in my detached studio apartment because I am converting it to be a garage. Can I convert a sewer drain (toilet drain) to a floor drain?
Thanks in advance

Yes you may. You will have to take up the floor and remove the closet bend.Quote:

Thanks Tom,Quote:

That's correct. You will have to remove the bend under the cement in order to get to the horizontal drain line to install the floor drain. Also, you will have to break up the surrounding area enough to slope to the floor drain. Good luck, TomQuote:
