I have been reading on the 1928G Series,to include red seal/serial #, signatures snyder/clarke,back home MONTICELLO.Also 1976 no series green seal/serial # back of the 1976 is photo of declaration,1776 signatures Neff/Zimmer am I wasting my time. And all the entries have a #_ _ _ _ (4 digit) before the $$ is the the serial # series. Please Help "
