What should I do about my baby boy?
So here is my situation... I don't want to know who the father of my child is. The two guys I think may be the dad don't want anything to do with me or my baby. And I want to just keep my baby boy to myself. I don't want a paternity test at all because I fear that it will ruin things if I do that. I want my baby to myself. Is there anything I can get in writing that says that I won't submit to a paternity test if I have them sign it? They are willing to sign anything that gets them away from me and my baby and to be honest I want to raise my child on my own.

No, there is nothing any of you can sign that will stop a court from compelling paternity testing. If you defy a court order, you will sit in jail until you comply. Furthermore, if you collect any form of public assistance, you will be required to name potential fathers.
