    Do you need security clearance to work on all dod jobs
    If the mother of my child has severe depressio crhonic anxiety panic attacks mentall brea down and takes medicaton for these things is it possible to get custody of my child if she not mentally fit she has also been hospitalizes for mental isues ?

    Yes, you need a security clearance to work for DOD.

    To answer the 2nd part of your question. You might need a parental evaluation to prove your point of mental inability to parent. Otherwise it may be very difficult to do.

    To answer number 1.

    Yes, as far as I know you will need a clearance of some level
    The different jobs will have requirements as to the security level. Also most DOD contractors will require the same also.

    As for the mother ( not sure the connection) you will have to prove with evidence that the mother can not care for the child. If the medication allows her to function, it may be hard
