Has anyone ever used Sure White Active Gel? Does it contain Hydroquinone? And can it be used to remove sun tan from the face and Forehead? *** help.

I ve used sure white active gel with the serum for 2 weeks on my neck cause I had tasks-melasma problem since I stopped using it my skin got dark again + I have strech marks. Don't USE IT.
