My dog had 3 pups she had trouble with all of them and had to be helped out with delivery.
She is nursing her pups fine all day yesterday, last night she started urinating every 15 minutes, I was thinking maybe a UTI now this morning we still feel a pup in her! I have called the vet they said they will call back and they still haven't ! Should I just call another vet or wait, Is there something I can do to make her have the pup? Im beside myself with worry!

You will have to make it an emergency request of any vet you can find. That pup has to come out NOW.

I'll third that. It's very important that this pup is delivered. Call an emergency vet. You may have to find someone willing to come to your home, or take mum and the pups to the vet immediately. This is life or death and needs to be done yesterday.

If you haven't found a vet yet just take the dog to one, they won't turn down an emergency situation if your at the office.

Don't even bother with calling a vet... show up and tell the front desk that there is still a pup in your dog.
