What type of "power" are you referring to? How old is the adult with the disability? You stated that it is a minor disability - what type?

He is 28/ and needs help with things like money matters.
And some life skills /laundry keeping his room clean he lives in a home with support.
But he is afraid for his safety / it is getting to violent by other boys in the house.

He's in assisted living? Does someone have power of attorney regarding his finances?

Again, what type of disability does he have?

Why is he afraid for his safety? What is going on in the home?
