Access 401 K from outside usa
I am a us citizen and planning to move to India in next 6-8 months. Can I withdraw my 401K which I have it in US when I am in India. Would there be any tax liabilities? Appreciate answers.

I think you can withdraw it anywhere in the world you are at the time, you didn't mention your age ? There are substantial penalities imposed by the IRS for premature withdrawals prior to age 59 1/2, read IRS publications for the specifics. I have no idea if India would taxes your distribution.
