I want to get more guy friends.Not boyfriends but GUy friends.I have all sorts of chick friends but I want some guy friends too.All the great guys are popular and have girlfriends(drama) and a lot of the others are just aren't that fun to be around.They either rank as pervs, crybabys, or act like there 4.I thought about the dudes who are older than me but I don't know.Any suggestions will be taken appreciativly.

I'll be your buddy. :) Most girls I know have a few guy friends who are gay, somehow they relate well with heterosexual women. If you live in an area where it's common and not socially condemned to be out of the closet... next time you're out and a gay man is your waiter, helping you in a clothing store, making your coffee, whatever, tell him how cute his shoes are and strike up a friendship.

Obviously it's not the only answer, and maybe not the best one available. But if you're seeing someone it also takes out the being threatened by the "other guy" thing.

I am 16 and I act like I am 4 at times but when it calls for me to be for real I am and I only act that way because its fun I think I really act my age more the most the guys I hang around with and if you went guy friends just start talking to one and he will get you cloes to another and such on and I am alwes looking for new friend lol peace and gl with your guy friend problem

I am curious why it is so important to have guy friends right now.

I would say the easiest way to be friends with guys is to be in sports, or talk to them in class, especially P.E.

That's how I remember talking to guys when I was younger... of course some were pretty geeky... lol but I wasn't Miss popular either!

Be careful with hanging out with older boys... sometimes boy are up to no good and the older they get the more mischievous they are.

Do you have any brothers? Or do any of your girl friends have brothers? That's another way to make guy friends... with and through them.

I want to thanlk you for what you posted on my profile and I tying to figure how to do the same.The reason that I want some guy friends is because I know some girls(were not bffs or anything)who hang out with the popular girls, and they always look and are hilarious and have fun! I was with one of my friends and all her guy friends were her boyfriend, her bf's best friends, and some fat pervs.I am so over them putting me down all the time and the other guys are always nice and they always make me laugh when I'm with them in class.My galpals have brothers but, I'm not sure because me and my new bffs bro and I aren't close or anything so I guess I could work on that but I will admit I kind of lied about my motives. Well, it is true I want some guy friends but another good reason is because there is a guy and I kind of like him but I wan tot get to know him better and it would be awkward to just go up to him and ask so where you going or what do you like?So I figured that I could make friends with one of his friends, we are introduced , and gain a lot of great friends alon gthe way.Unfortuantely I am in girls athletics and I am not giving that up because for one thing all the pervs are in pe, and I love sports. I would have asked some girls to help me.Buyt there is too much drama and they might like hiom but guys are way nicer
