However, there are MANY, MANY more factors that go into that decision than you gave us. Plus, even IF you were able to supply everything, we STILL wouldn't know, COULDN'T know, what a judge would do. Given the SAME set of factors, one judge will be lenient, and another won't.

What I CAN say, is whatever punishment MIGHT be in the offing, COULD be mitigated by having a lawyer represent you.
