    Vop in Florida
If you were sentenced to probation for 3 years for a felony charge in Florida and you violated once and they reinstated you but you violated again with forgery and uttering checks but when the crime was committed you didn't know the checks were stolen.now there's an warrant for your arrest plus a vop.if you decide to turn yourself in after so many months later how much time do you think that person will do

    Hello p:

I appreciate you TRYING to present enough salient factors to give us some sort of grounds on which to base our answer... However, there are MANY, MANY more factors that go into that decision than you gave us. Plus, even IF you were able to supply everything, we STILL wouldn't know, COULDN'T know, what a judge would do. Given the SAME set of factors, one judge will be lenient, and another won't.

What I CAN say, is whatever punishment MIGHT be in the offing, COULD be mitigated by having a lawyer represent you.
