I think you need to work on how you feel about yourself before worrying about what he thinks about you.

We're back to communicating. Sit down and talk with him. Let him know you need more direction to know what he likes. You should be able to tell him what you like. If you can't talk about issues, needs, wants, desires, etc. then perhaps this is not the relationship for you.

As for the oral, try using your hand and mouth at the same time. As stated before, you don't need to put it all in.
