Well my advice is do it with someone that you know and always wear protection and be on birthcontrol of you're a girl so if the condom brakes then you don't get pregnant.

I don't think that this is good advice to give a 19 year old, or anyone for that matter.

I really didn't want to answer any questions until she set up her own account, but since I saw this answer, I had to speak up.

She is a young girl, and I highly doubt that she is ready to take on a child if she got pregnant.

The fact that she needs to find affection through sex without being in a relationship, leads me to believe that there is more going on in her life.
