Last month my periods lasted 2 days and after it a was feeling sick all the time and sick sometimes sore boobs all the time I did a test but it came back negative. Now I was due my periods 11 days ago and no sign of them my boobs are killing me and I am getting pains in my lower area can someone hep me please.

Yes, it has happened to me, AND I am a nurse.

There are times when the body fools us and makes us think we are pregnant and/or coming on our periods, yet we still miss for little or no reason.

The first step is to take the HPT and remember to use first morning urine as it is more accurate.

OK thank you I will do that. When a did it last month it was in the afternoon as he doctor told me any time of the day is OK.

You can do it any time of day, but it's BEST to do it with first morning urine because the concentration of the pregnancy hormone, hcg, is higher in the urine after you have been sleeping all night, not peeing, eating or drinking.
