It's a very old movie and it's going about a twin, the one is normal and the other one is a monster without a lowerbody. So the surgeons tried to keep them apart but after about 20 years they decided to take revenge.It's a bloody movie and it doesn't even seems real. Damn of all the horrormovies I've seen the old ones freek me out the best. LOL
