If you can only see the wet area/stain when the shower is on, does that mean it is an old stain bleeding through?

Where is stain located?

My upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and a shower head on the side of the tub. The stain is on the opposite side of the shower head on the ceiling. The Condo Association sent a roofer who added more insulation to the attic in May indicating the water leak was condensation. The ceiling in the bathroom was repaired by a construction company and I have since had my condo painted by professionals. I also had a better ceiling fan installed by the construction company and keep the doors open when I shower. About three weeks ago, I started to notice the ceiling looking wet again and stains appearing after I shower. I have sent notice to the Condo Association again but I need to know what is causing this stain.
