what would be the difference in equation between the reaction of (copper nitrate, basic sulfide) and the reaction of (copper nitrate, acidic sulfide)? Need Ionic equation.

There is no difference in the chemical reactions, what changes in acidic vs basic solutions is the concentration of S-2 ion. H2S is a weak acid, which solution do you think has the most S-2 ions presemt?
Some metals need a lot of S-2 to form a precipitate, others are so insoluble they need very little. This helps tell which one is which. (Qual scheme)
