I got an H1-B visa in 2000 but due to the dot com burst, the company went bankrupt and I never went to the US on that visa. Then I got a B1/B2 visa in Dec 2005 for 5 years. It is going to expire in Dec 2010. I never went to the US on this visa as well.

Does any one know that as I didn't use any of my previous visas to date, will it cause any issue when I apply for a visa again in 2011.
