I have a x that I'm trying to get out of my home in FL she won't leave and I understand that I have to evict her but I don't understand what I need to do she pays no rent. I'm gave her a seven day letter today and she told me she wasn't leaveing. I don't understand the steps from my county website (PASCO). Everything seems to have to do with non payment of rent. Does anyone know someone cheap that can help me with this I thought it should be simple since it's my home but I guess not.

What steps were listed (or give us a link to that stie), we may be able to explain what you don't understand. Since she pays no rent, then she has no right to stay on the premises. She is a trespasser or squatter. While it may take eviction proceedings to get her out, she WILL have to get out or be tossed out. If you explain this to her maybe she will realize you mean business and find a new place.
