    I am paying child support for my 17 yr old who I believe is not enrolled in school,
    but x husband refuses to disclose, and does not allow her to tell me.Help in Florida

    That she has to be enrolled in school. But how can I find out when he lies and threatens her not to tell me

    First are you sure it says "in school" that is normally for over 18, not up to 18. But then it may.

    So file in court for him to produce the school records

    Even under 18? Generally the order states until 18 or longer if they continue school. But the bottom line is if you believe she is not in school check with the school. Then go to court and subpoena her school records.

    I agree with the others. So long as the child is a minor then child support is in place unless the courts change it. Most have a "school" claus in them only because many may turn 18 before finishing high school. So it continues until the child graduates and is 18.
