Recently had a car accident and had no insurance in Pennsylvania... what are a few things I could do to avoid a suspension of my licensece

You state you have no insurance in Pennsylvania,? Do you have insurance in another state ( it would be good from other states in Pa)

But next whose fault was the accident and where you written a ticket.

If you got a ticke, you have insurance on the car before you appear in court and show it to the judge, often they will go easier on you.

If you were at fault in the wreck, you will need to pay all of the other drivers damages, if you don't ( or can't write them a check for damages) normally you will have your license suspended till all damages are paid
