A group of kids dare him to cross a pipe and there is a big well below. The boy is in a wheelchair and he falls in. He wakes up and finds himself in a world full of hairy people, I can't remember too much of what they look like, but they are warriors of some kind.

I am pretty sure that she is or she is at least the daughter of a government official. I believe that she and the boy that tried to save her were duct taped and were being transported in a van. For some reason, I think that it is some kind of sci-fi movie because I remember a little creature shooting a laser at the boy that was looking for the girl before he found her. He had her phone and I guess the creatue was the girl's guardian. It might be in the late 90s or early 2000s. I believe the creature looked like yoda from star wars but I am not sure

Also, there was one part in the movie where someone was chasing the van to try and get them back and the back door of the van was open. Both the girl and the boy were still tied up and had duct tape over their mouths. The kidnappers were holding them close to the edge, acting like if the person got any closer, he would throw them out.
