    Is it possible for any one to trace an ip address?
    I know that, with ip address - I can find out the city, isp provider, what state and such as..

    What I want to know is - is it possible to find a house address with ip address?

    The closest you'll get is the person ISP and that's it.
    Anything else would require a court order.

    No, just the ISP.

    And that doesn't always give you the actual city, just the city the ISP is in.

    Or a nearby city. When I trace my IP address it will usually give me the actual town I'm in, or the neighboring town. And my ISP isn't in this actual town, but the neighboring town.
