The legal answer is that once the deportation order has been issued there is a slim to none chance that it can be changed.
He will be deported.
He can then attempt, from his home country, to enter the US legally - if he can get approval, which I rather doubt.
How well he provided for your family and other financial info is immaterial - he's illegal and he's being deported on those grounds.
You knew he was illegal, he knew he was illegal, and for 10 years you and he did not seem to care or worry, or try to get him to be a citizen. Why ? That was when this all needed to be done.
There is little to know chance to do anything prior to him being deported, and he will have to go though a long process to get back in legally.
